When you contact us or submit our “Start Your Project” form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number;
• Your city and, if you provide it, your project address;
• Details about the work you’re considering, including budget and timeline;
• Any photos of your space that you choose to upload.

You don’t have to provide this information, but we need the basics to prepare an estimate or reply.

Like most websites, we collect limited technical information automatically — such as your browser type, device, approximate region, and the pages you visit — through cookies and analytics (see below). We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use it to identify you personally.

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, and schedule and carry out work;
• To communicate with you about your project;
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website;
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

We never sell your personal information.

We share your information only as needed to run our business:

• With trusted suppliers or trade partners only where necessary to quote or complete your specific project;
• With service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, database, and email and analytics providers — who may process data on our behalf;
• Where required by law, or to protect our rights.

We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and understand which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

We keep project inquiries and related records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting, and warranty obligations, after which they are securely deleted. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Uploaded photos and project details are stored privately and are accessible only to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information you entrust to us.

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected here.
