What areas do you serve?

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. SDG Quality Contracting is fully licensed and carries liability insurance and WSIB coverage. We're happy to provide documentation before any work begins, so you have complete peace of mind having us in your home.
Do you offer free estimates?
We do. We start with a no-obligation consultation to understand your goals, take measurements, and talk through options. From there we provide a clear, itemized quote — the price we quote is the price we stand behind.
What types of projects do you take on?
High-end interior renovations: kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, basement finishing, home additions, custom millwork and built-ins, and precision tile and stone. If it demands genuine craftsmanship, it's the kind of work we do best.
How long does a typical renovation take?
It depends on scope. A bathroom often runs two to four weeks, a kitchen four to eight, and a whole-home or addition several months. After the consultation we give you a realistic schedule up front and keep you updated at every stage — no disappearing acts.
Do you handle permits and design?
Yes. For projects that require permits or structural engineering, we manage the drawings, applications, and inspections. We can also coordinate directly with your designer or architect, or help refine the design ourselves so everything comes together cohesively.
Will I be working with one point of contact?
Always. Eliseo and one dedicated team see your project through from the first measurement to the final walkthrough. You'll never be handed off to a rotating cast of subcontractors — the same people who quote your job are the ones who build it.
How do payments work?
We use a straightforward, milestone-based schedule laid out in your contract before work starts — a deposit to book the project, progress payments tied to completed stages, and a final balance once you're fully satisfied at walkthrough. No surprises.
